Double-sided tape Machine
A tape application machine is designed to automatically apply double-sided and/or single-sided adhesive tapes. The tapes are applied to common material types such as paper, cards, corrugated boards, plastics, and/or metals. Tape application machines are favoured over manual hand application of adhesive tapes for their increased speed and productivity in manufacturing processes.
1. The automatic feeding mechanism adopts the friction feeding method of the folder gluerto ensure smooth feeding.
2. Optical fiber sensor and servo positioning, accurate positioning.
3. The bonding part adopts a new type of bonding mechanism, which has efficient bonding performance.
4. PLC control, man-machine interface, parameter touch screen setting, fitting length adopts man-machine dialogue, and the length can be set arbitrarily.
5. The delivery section adopts the continuous accumulation box method.
