SMC-1100ZH/1500ZH/1700ZH High-Speed Servo Precision Double-Helix Sheet Cutter with Auto Splicer & Pallet Changer uses exclusive patented embedded double-rotary spiral knife, main engine built with integral casting structure, max cutting speed 540 cuts/min. With Siemens control system, triple conveying and vacuum adsorption, it reduces paper tension, avoiding indentation, breakage and deviation, enabling smooth high-speed cutting to flat stacking. Shaftless Mill Roll Stand
Photoelectric detection automatic paper splicing device: Independently developed control system that uses photoelectric sensors to detect when the paper roll is about to run out, and automatically and quickly splices the paper without stopping the machine.

Tension control system: It adjusts the paper traction tension in real time to ensure stability, based on the automatic detection of paper roll diameter and linear speed.

Anti-curve device: Patented design of anti-curve roller helps stabilize the paper roll tension, effectively eliminates the curl and makes the paper flatter.
The pressing roll adopts electric control and inching, to make it moving vertically(engage and disengage), ensuring proper positioning of the conveyed paper and reducing paper wrinkling.
Edge Correction
Electronic sensors are used to control the brushless motor for precise edge correction sensing.
It prevents edge irregularities and dimensional errors caused by paper misalignment, significantly reduces manual intervention and material waste, and improves production efficiency.
Photoelectric Tracking System (Optional)
The automatic edge-guiding electric eye detects the positional deviation of the paper edge or printing reference line, and the edge-correcting system corrects the paper in real time.
Automatic cursor tracking slitting: Accurate positioning of the dual-servo drive system to achieve synchronization and adjustment of dual servo motors.
Automatic cursor electric eye device: High-precision decibel electric eye for accurate positioning of paper color marks, feeding back to the TRIO tracking system.
Automatic Positioning Slitting Unit
The slitting section adopts automatic slitting knives and trimming, with automatic positioning function, and automatic air suction waste removal devices for waste paper edges on both sides.
The dust suction and removal device ensures that there is no paper fuzz or paper dust on the paper surface after slitting.
Upper slitting knife: Automatic rising and falling, switch type slitting knife, and paper cutting clearance can be adjusted manually.
Lower slitting knife: Knife shaft fixed the upper and lower position, and paper cutting clearance can be adjusted manually.
Y-type waste paper edge collection pipe and fixing frame.
Double-Helix Knife Cutting Unit
The sheet cutting unit adopts double-rotary high-precision cutting knives to ensure the cut surface is straight, and the paper cutting surface is smooth without paper fuzz, enabling direct feeding into the printing machine for production without edge trimming.
Double knives: Made of alloy structural steel, followed by multiple heat treatment and CNC precision processes, resulting in excellent stability.
Drive roll: The roller surface adopts the expansion texture design, and the cylinder controls the pressurized clamping roller.
Cutting knife: Uses German tungsten steel cutting blades with an extra-long service life; the blade is easy to adjust and calibrate.
Safety cover: The machine stops automatically when the safety cover is open, so as to guarantee safety.
Static Elimination Equipment
Plasma rod type, used to eliminate static electricity on paper.
Static elimination rod: Effective discharge range of 1100mm/1500mm/1700mm.
Paper Conveying Unit
Horizontal multi-section differential conveying, used to achieve paper separation, counting and stacking effects. (Conveying belt: Siebeck brand)
First conveying section: Quickly separates the cut paper.
Second conveying section: Can be controlled independently or in jointly, adjusting the paper to be delivered in tile-stacked form.
Third conveying section: Adopts a non-indentation buffer belt mechanism to slow down and stack the paper, reduce paper buffering, and prevent marks.
Paper-out conveying section: Precision paper separator, adjustable according to the paper width. Pressurized paper feeding wheels can enhance paper stability and prevent paper deviation.
Waste discharge device: A waste paper discharge function is adopted between the first conveying section and the second conveying section to facilitate the separation and output treatment of waste paper.
Automatic Paper Aligning and Collecting Equipment
Hydraulic lifting and stacking collection paper table, descend automatically when the paper stacks to a certain height.
Paper aligning equipment: Electric front paper aligning mechanism; electric side paper aligning mechanisms (both sides); pneumatic lifting frame type side paper aligning mechanisms (both sides); pneumatic lifting rear baffle mechanism; hand-cranked movable side paper aligning mechanisms (both sides).
Automatic counting and label inserting: Input the number of sheets to insert labels into on the touch-sensitive computer interface, and labels can be inserted according to the set value; Equipped with Sheet replenish function of defective products.
Human-machine Interface
Self-developed electrical control system.
Parameters such as cutting length, quantity, and total number of finished products can be directly input; the actual cutting length and cutting quantity can be displayed in real-time.
Non-stop roll-up curtain type paper collecting equipment
Adopts automatic roll-up curtain type paper collecting mechanism for non-stop paper collecting when a paper stack pallet is full. It can effectively reduces paper waste caused by machine shutdown and improves work efficiency.
Non-stop pallet changing device
The system can automatically or manually trigger non-stop pallet changing. The main pallet platform conveys linearly to send the full stack of paper out of the machine. The new pallet from the rear side enters the paper collecting table, rises and connects with the roll-up curtain type paper collecting mechanism, realizing non-stop paper collecting and pallet changing.
Effectively eliminates time loss and debugging loss caused by traditional manual pallet changing, greatly improving production efficiency.
Automatic switching reduces manual intervention, and operators only need to monitor and unload materials.
Can be matched with an automatic logistics system to realize fully automatic material collecting.
