Stack Flexo Printing Machine for Paper bag
The DH Series Stack Type Flexographic Printing Machine is built for printing on flexible packaging materials and paper. It handles LDPE, HDPE, BOPP, CPP, PET, nylon, and paper, so it fits well into production lines making packaging bags, shopping bags, food packaging, and similar flexible packaging products.
Running at speeds up to 100 m/min, it strikes a practical balance — solid output, stable performance during long runs, and maintenance that doesn't eat into production time. That combination tends to matter more to packaging manufacturers than raw speed alone.
6-Color Stack Type Flexo Press
Built on a stack-type configuration with four independent print stations. Works well for everyday flexible packaging and paper jobs — the kind of general-purpose printing most converters deal with day to day.
Handles a Broad Range of Substrates
Runs LDPE, HDPE, BOPP, CPP, PET, nylon, and paper without needing a different setup for each. One machine, most of your packaging orders covered.
Tension Stays Under Control Automatically
From unwind through printing to rewind, the tension control keeps the web steady on its own — less stretching, fewer wrinkles, less babysitting the line.
Ultrasonic EPC Guiding
If the material starts drifting off-center, the ultrasonic EPC system catches it and pulls it back automatically. Feeding stays smoother without an operator constantly adjusting it by hand.
Ceramic Anilox Rollers
Keep ink transfer consistent print after print, so color doesn't drift over a long run.
Doctor Blade Paired with an Ink Pump
The pump keeps ink circulating continuously through the blade chamber, so transfer stays even and you're not dealing with ink starvation or buildup mid-run.
Drying Between Colors
Each color station has its own drying unit, which means multi-color jobs can keep running without stopping partway through to let ink dry.
Works with Water-Based or Solvent-Based Inks
Not locked into one ink system — you can pick whichever suits the substrate and the job.
Independent Rewind with Closed-Loop Tension
The rewind station runs on its own closed-loop tension control, so finished rolls come out tight and even — no loose or telescoped edges as roll diameter changes.
