    • Maximum production size: Capable of producing large paper bags up to 420mm in width and bottom size:220mm in height .

    • Production speed: Stable operating speed of 60-80 bags per minute, meeting batch production demands.

    • Applicable paper range: Kraft paper, white cardstock, and eco-friendly recycled paper weighing 120-350 gsm.

    • Multi-function integration: Completes processes like gluing, forming, bottom pressing, and handle pasting in one pass.


  2. Intelligent Control SystemEquipped with a newly upgraded touchscreen interface integrating a self-diagnostic fault system and production statistics. Operators can switch between production modes for different bag specifications with one-touch preset parameters, significantly reducing changeover time and manual adjustments.

  3. Precision Mechanical StructureUtilizes a high-strength alloy frame and a precision transmission system, ensuring stability during prolonged continuous operation. Specially designed forming molds and gluing systems guarantee strong adhesion and consistent shaping for large paper bags.
